What should
the film do?
The format, the length and the number of versions are ours to propose. Start with the outcome.

Commercial — bar01
Commercials
The first three seconds decide whether the spot keeps being watched. The last two decide whether anything of it stays.
A unit of communication with a single job, inside a fixed length.

Patulmeu.ro — Parte din viața ta02
Brand Films
It moves the conversation from the product to what happens around it. A film built from real work cannot be mistaken for anyone else’s.
The short documentary of an organisation: what it does, who does it, why it matters.

Music Videos
The edit follows the track’s structure, not the other way around. The intros, the break and the final chorus are fixed points.
We don’t illustrate the lyrics — we build the world where the track makes sense.

Launch Films
The audience doesn’t yet know what it’s looking at, so the film is allowed to be atmospheric: it builds an expectation, not a list of arguments.
The first film of a new place: the craft filmed up close, as a trade.

AI Production
The hard part isn’t generating the frames but the consistency between them: the same character, the same world, from one film to the next.
Imagery generated entirely with AI, under human creative direction.

How we work
Four phases. Ten stages inside them, if you want to see them.
01
Direction
What the film says, before a single frame exists.
The stages
- ConceptWhat the film says before a single frame exists.
- ScriptThe words, the structure, the order the information arrives in.
- DirectionWhat the camera sees, in what order, and for what reason.
02
Production
The shoot day — or the generation day.
The stages
- ProductionA shoot day with crew, lights, location and props.
- Generative productionFrames, worlds and characters built with generative models, under human control.
03
Post
Where the film becomes a film.
The stages
- EditWhat stays, what goes, and at what pace.
- ColorColor grading and consistency across shots.
- VFXOn-screen graphics, logo animation, frame extensions.
- SoundSound design, mix, and a voice-free version for adaptations.
04

Frequently asked questions
How much does a video cost?
It depends on three things with a big effect: the scale of the production (one shoot day with two people costs something different from three days with a full crew), whether there is an original shoot or the work runs on existing material, and the level of post-production. The big price step comes when an original shoot enters; the second, at post-production. We wrote about this at length in Insights. Read the full article.
What should I prepare before asking for a quote?
Five answers shorten the road to a number: where the video will run and in what format (vertical, horizontal, both); how long it has to be; whether filmed material exists or we start from zero; the real delivery deadline; and what the viewer should do after watching it.
Do you shoot traditionally or generate with AI?
Both — on the same project, when it makes sense. Generated imagery is part of the production: visual concept, character and world consistency, motion, edit. The mix between filming and generating is decided per project, by what the film asks for.
What does a full production include?
The whole chain: concept and script, direction, shoot, edit, post-production — color, sound, effects — and the delivery versions for every channel: horizontal, vertical, campaign cutdowns.
How long does a production take?
It depends on the format: an edit on existing material can be delivered in days; a full production with a shoot is measured in weeks. The deadline is fixed at the brief — and a forced deadline gets paid for in overtime hours, so it is one of the first questions we ask.
Where do you work?
The studio is in Bucharest; we film wherever the project asks. The AI generation side and post-production do not depend on location.
