01/08
Brief
What the film has to achieve, for whom, by when. Text, not images — and everything else starts here.
Four territories
What can be asked for concretely, with the work behind it. The details open on demand — they don’t occupy the page until asked.

Concept and visual development
The film’s direction, decided before a production budget exists.
What sits in here
- Concept explorationFast visual variants for an idea, before a production budget exists. It serves the decision, not the delivery.
- Visual developmentPalette, atmosphere, shot types, world rules. The document the rest of the film is made from.

Worlds and characters
A character that stays the same from the first film to the tenth.
What sits in here
- Characters and consistencyThe same character, recognisable from frame to frame and from film to film. The hardest part.

Motion and hybrid production
Per project
The still frame becomes a sequence. Filming and generated material can enter the same project — what gets filmed and what gets built stays a directing decision, made shot by shot.
What sits in here
- Hybrid productionWe can design productions that combine filming with generative extensions and sequences. The approach is set by the material and the result being pursued.

Adaptations and delivery
One film, every format it needs to get where it has to go.
What sits in here
- Storyboard and previzFrame-by-frame sequences, so the rhythm shows before a shoot day gets spent.
What we settle from the start
Five things decided before production. Not reservations — the decisions that separate an estimate that holds from one that doesn’t.
- 01Consistency costs more than generationA good frame comes fast. The second frame, with the same character and the same light, is the real work. We estimate by that.
- 02Not every image is possibleThe models have zones where they fail predictably: hands, text in frame, long continuity. We route around them through directing — we don’t hide them.
- 03We don’t promise viralityWe can influence the quality and the clarity of the message. Distribution and luck are not deliverables.
- 04Not automatically cheaperAI moves the cost from the set to selection and post. Sometimes it comes out cheaper; sometimes it just makes possible what could not have been filmed at all.
- 05Rights get discussed at the startWhat can be published, where and for how long — settled before production, not after.

The proof
