2. What this site is

The site presents the services and the work of the VIDEOMANIAX S.R.L. studio. It is a presentation site: we don’t sell products online, we don’t process payments, and no contract is concluded by simply browsing.

The published information is general in nature. We reserve the right to modify, complete or withdraw content at any time, without prior notice.

3. Requests sent through the form

The form on the /start page is a brief form. A request sent through it is a request for a conversation — not an order and not the acceptance of an offer. It creates no obligations for either party.

A project is contracted separately, through a written offer and a contract signed by both parties, which sets the scope, the deliverables, the deadlines, the price and the usage rights. These terms do not replace that contract.

Please send us real information and don’t include in the form confidential data of third parties you have no right to share.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site — texts, images, films, graphics, structure and code — belongs to VIDEOMANIAX S.R.L. or to the rights holders who granted us the right to use it.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially use this content without the prior written consent of VIDEOMANIAX S.R.L. You may, of course, quote briefly with attribution and a link to the original page.

Client work is shown here as portfolio. The trademarks and names appearing in it belong to their owners.

5. External content

The site contains links to third-party sites and embeds videos hosted on YouTube. We do not control the content, availability or policies of these services and we are not responsible for them. The videos load only after you press play, as explained in the Cookie Policy.

6. Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and the information correct and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, this site, or from decisions taken solely on the basis of the information published here.

7. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and cookies in the Cookie Policy.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are resolved by the competent courts at the registered office of VIDEOMANIAX S.R.L.

No products or services are sold online through this site and no distance contracts are concluded through it, so the specific consumer e-commerce obligations do not apply. For any complaint about a contract concluded with us separately, you can use the ANPC — SAL and ODR platforms, whose links are in the site footer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the update date below.
